Have not received shipment

My device has been down for a month I have been promised that the shipment was going to occur in 24 to 48 hours but it has not. I have called in numerous times only to be put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes at a time. The last time the person told me after being on hold for 36 minutes that there was nothing more she could do and she could not get an ETA date on the shipment. Ive been asked to speak to someone on a higher level, and she put me on hold again for eight more minutes before coming back to tell me that there was nothing they could do and no one would even talk to me. But I am quite sure in the next day or two on my regular billing cycle that my account will be debited for the equipment that I have that is not working!

Cancelling membership due to Store has Closed.

I have closed this business. Woody's Tiger Food (aka Tiger Food Mart, Tiger Bp) closed. Effective Close of Business was August 1, 2022. I have closed all accounts and all business and wish for SHIFT 4, aka Harbortouch to please stop debiting, charging my bank account with fees. Thanks, Kevin Woody Blalock

This company could care less about its customer service. There has not been a day that an employee or myself has not had to reach out for tech support. Then if you are disconnected they don't have the decency to call you back, so you have to start the process over with a new tech support person. Recently our problem needed a new POS to replace the one that was less than a year old. Never given instructions on returning the old one. Three weeks later they deducted 1,900. out of my account for not returning the old machine. I called they didn't care that I didn't know where to send it or didn't bother giving me a courtesy call. Today I received an email saying that they received the machine. I called to see when I could expect my refund and was told 5 business days. I am outraged that they do this for a living. They process other people's money overnight but can't deposit my money back into my account for 5 days. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Try to get out of the contract!! Autorenewal!!

Signed a one year contract, got a lot of double talk when tried to cancel. Said it autorenewed. I was told I could cancel anytime. Worse than a timeshare! I have been a customer for over 8 years, always promised never delivered, can't run a business when you can't accept credit cards.

This company is one of the worst I have EVER dealt with. Every call lasts hours because they transfer you constantly to find someone who can help you. Most of the time they arent even any help at all. I have been trying to cancel service for a year and cant even get that done right! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone

A Total Nightmare! Overcharges and Bogus Fees

Our experience with Harbortouch has been horrible. They have charged us fees above what was agreed to, and charged bogus PCI fees, which no reputable bank charges. To get refunds from them is like pulling teeth. Our merchant ID is 1851****. Example: Looking at the December 2016 statement, I had total transactions in the amount of $802.34. Of this amount, $595.54 were debit transactions. Of the total of $802.34, I was charged $71.01, or 9% of my total. Square would have charged $22 for $800 in transactions at a flat rate of 2.75%. These alleged charges of "authorization" and "other" are included in the processing fees, not in addition to. Both their regional manager Darren Sellner, and their sales rep Sal Balisteri promised that any rates from other bank would be matched by Harbortouch. Complete BS! Alos, their CEO Jared Isaacman basically told me I was stuck in a contract and no refunds for overcharges would be made. By the way, this so called "free" POS system costs us close to $100 per month, in addition to their outrageous fees. Also, there contract protects them from filing suit in your local courts, and that you wave class action status. Would a reputable company need this?

Dishonest merchants Services harbortouch

Harbortouch former name Mwerch Services Company only care about self Not Merchantbor Credit card customer or Supierior court for that matter As merchant was charged back payment for items recieved Supierior court Camden county nj found in our favor Yet merchant services kept $ 1600 and placed charge back for additional $ 1600 on credit report Company scam Buisness owner Now changed name to Harbortouch Still the same crook moved from Clinton nj to Allentown Pa to hide Do not do Buisness They will cheat you steal lie then hide come out Six years later say you owe because you did not cancel and your contract auto renews every 3 years and you owe 6 yrs service fee all after court fined them wow

My company had a three year contract with Harbortouch to provide a wireless satellite signal to one of their pos terminals in order for my company to accept credit and debit cards. Then after almost two years the signal suddenly disappeared. We could not get our terminal to function. My company was without the promised services for two months. Harbortouch alleged that the problem was “weather related.”

During this period my company was in constant communication with Harbortouch in an attempt to resolve the week to non-existent signal problem. We were even provided a second swipe terminal to try to resolve the matter. Nothing worked.

It became obvious that the issue was not weather related, but more likely a change in Harbortouch’s hardware/satellite.

On October 16, 2012, my company requested an early cancellation of the contract between the parties. Harbortouch wrote to say that my company was obligated to pay certain agreed upon contractual fees associated with early termination.

My company argued that Harbortouch abrogated the subject contract, not my company, by and through its failure to provide the requested service. This was the singular basis for said contract.

Despite this, Harbortouch wrote to say that my company was obligated to pay certain agreed upon contractual fees associated with early termination. Harbortouch has continued billing my company for its services as if it was actually providing a service. Recently, Harbortouch began sending dunning letters, which threatened to ruin my company’s credit.

Stay away from these people, they are a nightmare!
